Overview:
Responsible for personnel management and the management of compensation practices and policies, benefits and programs of the hospital, recruitment and retention programs including maintaining employee records, information compilation, retrieval of personnel.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage conflict resolution processes and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and inform decision-making.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives related to workforce planning and organizational design.
