Tractor Operator – Moore Haven/LaBelle
A. Duda & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Tractor Operator for its Moore Haven/LaBelle location. Responsibilities include operating tractors, implements, and farm machinery for sugarcane cultivation, as well as general fieldwork such as mowing, spraying, and fertilizing. The role also involves routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at either location
Experience with heavy equipment and farm machinery repair preferred
Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 AM–5 PM, with some weekend work required
