Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation

*Proactively identify and target potential homeowners interested in listing their luxury properties as vacation rentals. *Build a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, online research, and attending local events.
Relationship Building

*Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and local industry influencers. *Provide personalized consultations to educate homeowners on the benefits of partnering with our company.
Sales Process Management

*Conduct property evaluations to assess suitability for our portfolio and explain the onboarding process. *Present compelling proposals tailored to homeowner needs, emphasizing revenue potential and hassle-free management.
Market Analysis

Qualifications
