Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and personal scheduling.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Assist in event planning by coordinating logistics, materials, and schedules for successful execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with effective calendar management abilities.
