Why You?
You are an outgoing, creative, and efficient bartender looking for a space where your glowing personality can shine. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on the exciting energy of a busy night, even mid-week. You have a sense of genuine hospitality and sincerely care about every guest experience. You have a minimum of 2 years experience behind a full service bar, have used a POS system, and have practiced cash management.
The Day to Day.
Maintain a kind and helpful demeanor at all times.
Set up, operate and close down the physical bar space to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Understand all ingredient preparations and maintain stock levels of all ingredients and supplies. Make sure the bar is always “set up for success.”
Greet and guide guests through their dining experience by ‘reading’ them for their desired experience and providing information and options that will provide the experience they seek.
Know or continue to learn about all product offerings and menu items.
Develop friendly and caring relationships with return guests.
Collaborate on cocktail concepts.
Maintain TIPS certification and understand and practice responsible alcohol service techniques.
Run an accurate cash drawer during shift, collect closing server cashouts and submit an accurate cash drop and bank at shift’s end.
Ensure building is properly closed and locked at close.
Compensation - $11.79 -$13 per hour plus tips and access to our comprehensive benefits program after 60 days.
