As a Criminal Lawyer you will defend clients accused of criminal conduct working to ensure fair legal representation and protection of their rights. You will develop case strategies represent clients in court and negotiate with prosecutors for the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal cases from arraignment to trial and appeals.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the Bar. Proven experience in criminal defense or prosecution. Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and research skills. Knowledge of criminal law procedures and legal precedents.
