Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. A Customer Service Representative will assist customers by taking and entering orders, utilizing ERP system, interacting and working with Destiny’s internal teams including sales, procurement, warehouse & shipping, and management etc. as required to ensure our customers’ needs are met. Their duties will also include placing and following up on purchase orders with our suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide our clients with high level customer service meeting/exceeding their needs.
- Enter orders accurately into the system, checking for item accuracy and pricing.
- Complete administrative work, following up with suppliers or getting back to customers, interaction with warehouse and logistics team.
- Respond in an efficient and timely manner to inquiries and requests relating to our various products.
- Help with maintaining accurate inventory reports for each customer's account.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, while being proficient and working in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years previous customer service experience.
- Proficient in dealing with escalated customer service situations.
- Experience in a distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask with meticulous follow up and tight deadlines.
- Solid crisis management, problem solving, administrative and organizational skills required.
- Fast learner with initiative and a great work attitude.
- Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows based software.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
