What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Keeper position at Destiny's Child Inc.?
Must be able to work 5 days a week Cleaning 5 Apartments
Must be available 5 days a week 9 am-2 pm
Must have transportation to be able to work on the Southside of Atlanta Cascade Area. Must be able to completely clean 5 units per day 5 days a week Monday thru Friday. Total 5 days a week cleaning.
You must at least be 21 years of age, and have a minimum qualification of a high school diploma and training in housekeeping. Good customer care is also among the requirements. Must be MASKED during cleaning.
The role of a housekeeper is important because a safe, clean and cozy environment is key to the success of an Individuals home. Cleaning and maintaining the homes is demanding work. This means that as a housekeeper you must be physically fit, be able to stand for long hours, bend, lift at least 40 lbs and move things around with ease, use clean equipment when needed, remain in a mask from 9 am to 3 pm.
Normally as a housekeeper, you will often be required to work for extended periods as per demand.
You also need to be self-motivated as a housekeeper and be able to work under minimum supervision. Trustworthiness and good working ethics are also among the requirements that you should have as a housekeeper.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Common Areas Cleaning List:
Wipe down walls as needed
Wipe down flat surfaces
Dust/ Spray with cleaner where needed
Vacuum
Carpet Cleaning
Kitchen Cleaning List:
Clean countertops
Clean stovetop and back area
Clean out Microwaves
Wipe down freezer/fridge
Sweep/Mop floor Kitchen and Laundry Area
Make sure baseboards are clean
Wipe down walls as needed and doors
Check Utensil drawers/wipe
Refrigerators/Ovens on (Wed)
Empty Trash if needed
Dining Room Cleaning List:
Remove clutter from the table
Polish wood surfaces or Spray Cleaner on Glass tables
Wipe down walls as needed and doors
Vacuum/wipe down seats
Vacuum/Sweep floor/Mop Dining Room Area
Living Room Cleaning List:
Wipe down tables
Wipe down TV's and under the television
Wipe Mirrors
Straighten cushions
Straighten Sofa Covers
Wipe down flat surfaces
Dust blinds/Window treatment
Wipe down walls as needed
Vacuum and or mop
Sweep outside front door area
Sweep outside back patio area
Bathroom Cleaning List:
Clean shower stall/bathtub
Wipe Mirrors
Clean sink and counters
Clean toilet
Clean area around the toilet in front and behind
Sweep floor/Mop floor
Empty Trash if needed
Wipe down baseboard as needed
Bedroom Cleaning List:
Wipe Mirrors
Dust blinds/Window treatment
Vacuum bedrooms daily
Straighten beds daily
Straighten closets as needed
Empty Trash if needed
*Must be able to use Commericial Rug Cleaner

- (2) years verifiable experience as HouseKeeper
- Proof of Legal authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Clean Background, our Agency will conduct a background check
- Current Physical (Can be obtained at local Health Department)
- Covid Test before starting, after making a conditional job offer
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Valid GA Driver License
