Job Description
- Ensure the company financials are up-to-date and current.
- Create new contracts and change orders for clients to facilitate timely payments.
- Maintain good relationships with property managers and other key partners through regular meetings and reporting.
- Monitor subcontractors' certificates of insurance, licenses, and other documents to minimize company exposure.
- Prepare company paperwork for annual insurance audits to ensure accurate premiums.
- Perform all necessary office management duties to maintain a smooth operation.
- Assist in marketing efforts to grow the client/market base.
- Implement workflow procedures and processes to improve efficiency.
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold the company's image in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the luxury renovations or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
