Detail/Wash by Eric Graves is a Car/Boat detail business of 20 years. Known for their reputation of superior quality of detailing for all of their customers. We are in need of full and part time workers or even temporary help. Need to have flexibility with hours depending on work load. Weekend work is also a must. Need to be reliable, highly motivated and be able to work independently and with a team! Locations are at Marinas in Deale, Md in Calvert County with our new office coming soon at Harbour Cove Marina. Car detailings are done at 3 different office locations at National Landing in Crystal City, VA.
We are a "1099" company. Pay will be based on completion of jobs per deadline and once job has been approved by Owner & customers satisfaction.
We are also certified & licensed for Nanopro Ceramic coatings with 3 or 10 year warranties for cars & boats

Qualifications:
* Prior detailing experience a plus but not required.
* Strong work ethic and reliability is a must.
* Need a valid drivers license and a vehicle to drive to and from locations.
* Must be able to pass an employment drug test if asked.
* Must be able to follow our company detailing guidelines in the day to day operations as given to you and follow as you are instructed.
* Good communication skills and a genuine interest and pride in the job at hand.
* Be a self-motivator and an excellent problem solver to be able to work independently and take lead on jobs.
* Attention to detail and perfection in our work is essential to keep our customers coming back.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Physical fitness and stamina to handle job demands.
* Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilies:
- Perform comprehensive boat/car detailing services, including washing, waxing, polishing, and interior cleaning.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
- Safely operate and maintain detailing equipment, ensuring optimal tool conditions.
- Work independently and efficiently, meeting service deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with clients for inquiries and updates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
