Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and use cleaning solutions for various tasks, including trash removal, window cleaning, furniture polishing, and restroom maintenance.

Monitor building security and safety (e.g., lock doors, report hazards).

Notify supervisors of major repairs, supply needs, or equipment issues.

Maintain floors using methods such as mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, and polishing.

Perform occasional non-routine maintenance tasks like stripping and sealing floors.

Support team schedules to cover absences and complete special projects.

Adhere to all company and contract safety policies and procedures.

Build trust and strong client relationships by delivering top-notch customer service.

What Were Looking For :

High School Diploma or GED.

3 years of janitorial experience in a community or commercial setting.

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).

Dependable, honest, hardworking, and punctual.

Fast-paced work ethic with pride in a job well done.

Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Shift Availability :

Evening Shift : Monday to Friday, 5 PM-9 PM (some weekend work required).
