Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and assist the cleaning team to ensure highquality service delivery.
Perform general cleaning duties including :
Preparing and using cleaning solutions according to specifications.
Cleaning restrooms floors furniture glass and fixtures.
Emptying trash and maintaining facility cleanliness.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
Train and mentor team members on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Monitor inventory and coordinate supply restocking.
Report maintenance issues or major repairs to management.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and team members adhere to company policies.
Requirements :
Experience : 2 years in a janitorial or cleaning role with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
Skills :
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (for reporting and checklists).
Additional Requirements :
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check.
Flexible schedule to cover absences and special projects.
