Essential Duties and Tasks:
Detailed Environments is currently hiring for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager. This position requires servicing commercial properties in and around Philadelphia Metro Area. The Account Manager has the primary responsibility of building a strong relationship with existing customers, quality control, renewals, enhancements, irrigation, lighting and plant healthcare sales for a designated geographical area. Execute high quality maintenance services in accordance with contract specifications and within given budgeted parameters.
The main duties and responsibilities of the Account Manager include:
Main client contact for all landscape maintenance services
Business Development (enhancements, irrigation, lighting and plant healthcare)
Job site and cost management
Educational Background, Experience, and/or Additional Requirements:
- 2 years of college is preferred or the equivalent experience in Commercial Property Services.
- 2-4 years of experience as a supervisor/manager with proven ability to train, nurture, and develop employees and determine leadership skills in others.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not necessary.
- General knowledge of landscape management, irrigation systems & property service programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to schedule multiple projects, prioritize work, and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and responsibility for all activities of self and team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of leadership, team members, and clients both verbally and written.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and trust when dealing with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues.
- Strong working knowledge of computers with proficiency in Google Workspace, Word, and Excel.
- Travel required between client worksites, as well as other operational sites.
- Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean record.

Working Environment/Schedule:
This position will be working both in an office environment with a moderate noise level as well as working outdoors on D.E.I property as well as on the customer’s properties; while working outdoors this position will encounter varying, sometimes adverse, weather conditions, temperatures, and environmental factors possibly including dust, pesticides, smoke, debris, sawdust, and loud noise. This position also includes assigned weeks & evenings for snow management. This requires a Branch Operations Manager and staff to be available from the early morning hours into the late evening.
