What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Account Manager / Sales position at Best Buddies Landscaping?
Hello,
We're starting the process of adding an important position to our company and looking for a long term year round team member. Our timeline for hiring this position is between now and February 2025. We're not in a rush and can be flexible to with your timeline.
This position would be partially in the field and in the office. A strong knowledge of plants is important for this position and being a self motivated person is also important. Everything else required for the position we would be happy to train you with
We're open to make this an hourly paying position vs salary if you prefer. We're flexible.
Job Description (this will evolve to your skillset)
- Meet clients, review scope of job, estimate job (with out help at first.)
- Following up to ensure clients are happy, explaining details to the team and checking back in as the day goes on.
- Review daily schedule, enter in billable hours, collect receipts, take before and after photos.
- Order plants and other material schedule deliveries
- Researching potential landscape contracts
- Provide leadership and guidance to other team members
- General paperwork and filing
