The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our construction remodeling company. Responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support:

- Assist in document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Permitting for projects.
- Admin tasks related to each project.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines and milestones.
- Maintain project documentation and update databases.
- Coordinate with onsite and offsite teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and estimates.
- Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication.
- Financial Administration:
- Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction or remodeling industry.
