About this Role :
Work with Production, other Technicians, and Quality Engineers to complete quality responsibilities. This responsibilities are, but are not limited to;
- Managing measurement equipment and tool calibration program and activities for the site
- Manage and produce logistics for equipment calibration activities, including meeting deadlines, generating purchase orders, requesting quotes, and coordinating shipping
- Collaborate with qualified personnel to ensure all equipment software is consistently updated and well-maintained
- Strong technical skills, effective communication, and keen attention to detail are essential
- Facilitate equipment Calibration Program
- Perform ISO / IEC 17025 accredited calibrations in house and support external calibration service providers
- Keep accurate and professional records of calibration certificates
- Promote continuous improvements for metrology methodologies and practices
- Track and run calibration status reports
- Maintain records and analyze data
- Help with ISO Process Audits
- Update & create Work Instructions, as needed
