The Pharm Tech Coordinator is a professional level position under the director of the RN Clinical Director. Core responsbilities are to provide support for all aspects of medical assistance and access, sourcing, orders, implementation, tracking, follow-up, revision, quality control and evaluation of internal processes and procedures, and timely reporting and documentation to the Director.
The ideal candidate for this position is knowledgable about the healthcare system, pharmacy, and manufacturer medication assistance programs, understands medication terminology (brand, generic, dose, route, etc.), ICD 10 and HCPCS Codes. Additional knowledge about health insurance (claims, eligibility, formularies) is a plus. Other duties as required by your direct supervisor.
