The Finance & Accounting Manager role, reporting directly to the CEO & CFO, is a critical full-time position responsible for support of monthly operating review, financial forecasting, annual budgeting, strategic planning, accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll, and HR functions. Your team will expand and initially consist of an Office Manager and a fractional CFO. You will collaborate intimately with our core team to strengthen the company’s financials and keep operations flowing smoothly. This is a hands-on role with significant growth opportunities and responsibilities.
You must have prior experience working in a startup, manufacturing company, or inventory management. This is an in-office role taking place at our brand-new facility in Charlotte, NC (Pineville area).
