Job description
Responsibilities
- Must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Must be able to lift 75lbs occasionally
- Must be able to assemble several different models of Turbochargers
- Must be able to troubleshoot problems during assembly process
- Must participate in TOS efforts within the area
- Operate Flow Stand/Hofmann balancer
- Use small hand tools
- Must be able to read and understand gauging equipment.
- Perform daily housekeeping and support 5S efforts
- Must be able to work in an assembly line work environment.
Qualifications
- Established satisfactory attendance record
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Established satisfactory job performance
- Willingness to cross train throughout the area
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
- Ability to organize work in an efficient manner
- Fill out daily paperwork and production boards
- Must demonstrate safety minded behavior
- Continuous improvement/Process improvement (give suggestions)
- Use daily discomfort log and report sickness/injury (no matter how slight)
- Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
