Job Summary: The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing services and support in multiple functional areas of Human Resources.
Job Responsibilities:
· Payroll Administration: Process and verify payroll information, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.
· Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, including personal information, job status, pay changes, and benefits.
· Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment efforts, including job posting, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding.
· Compliance & Reporting: Assist in ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Support the preparation of HR-related reports.
· Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, track employee certifications, and maintain training records.
· Employee Relations: Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Help resolve employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
· General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with special projects, and contribute to the development of HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
· Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications (Required)
- At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
- High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)
Experience in Payroll
Job Qualifications (Preferred):
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred (all locations)
- Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations
Physical Requirements of the Job:
· Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
· Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
· Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
· Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
· Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends
