Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations for Detwiler's accounting and finance department. This role ensures timely vendor payments, balancing accounts, auditing and reconciling discrepancies, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. This position is crucial for the smooth operation of our finance department.
Essential Functions:

Processing ACH and Check Payments:?Ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.

Review, Code, and Process Vendor Invoices:?Verify invoice details, assign appropriate codes, and ensure timely processing.

Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies:?Identify and resolve any discrepancies in vendor accounts, escalate issues appropriately, and proactively identify process improvement opportunities.

Communicate with Vendors for Annual Insurance Recertifications:?Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

Manage Corporate Credit Card Program:?Oversee user onboarding/offboarding, enforce policy compliance, review transactions, and perform reconciliations.
