Our rapid growth has led us to seek a dedicated Intake Specialist to enhance our operations in our Greensboro or Winston-Salem, NC office. Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, web inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Conduct detailed interviews to gather case information and assess eligibility based on firm criteria.
• Utilize empathetic listening and consultative communication techniques to build trust and rapport.
• Apply persuasive, ethical sales skills to convert leads into signed clients.
• Explain the legal process clearly and set accurate expectations.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in case management software.
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth case transitions.
• Follow up with undecided leads and re-engage cold leads as appropriate.
• Meet or exceed monthly conversion and intake targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a weekly schedule of Thursday-Sunday 12pm-9pm
• Two or more years of experience in client intake, sales, customer service, or call center environment.
• Prior experience in legal or medical field a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a client-facing or sales-driven role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast paced work environment.
• Self-starter and eager to learn
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and compassionate under pressure or when speaking with individuals in distress.
• Tech-savvy ability to use cloud-based tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Case management software experience a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
