AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Referral Center Intake Specialist. This position is Full-time in-office Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with rotating weekends.

Job Summary:
This position is fast pace and the individual has to be able to multi-task. Assists with prospective patients and families by explaining the organizations services and programs, insurance information, admission criteria and related information. The Referral Center Intake Specialist will begin the referral process, coordinating and providing clerical support for admissions and patient care services. Assists with incoming and outgoing email and data entry.
