Overview
Institutional Client Group facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of Fixed Income & Currencies product suite and financing to institutional clients. This includes financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. In this role you will be responsible for covering important institutional clients at a senior level within our Rates Sales team.

What You’ll Do
Develop strong relationships with partners, senior Portfolio Managers, principals, and capital markets professionals (C-suite level)
Collaborate with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base
Strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis and help generate new revenue opportunities with insurers and asset managers
New business development in particular within the Rates space
Drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships
Think strategically about the Business, stay on top of market themes/trends

Proven experience in Fixed Income
Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating various Deutsche Bank teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to persuade investors to purchase Deutsche Bank services

Have a consistent sense of urgency around doing his or her best – day in and day out

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135K to $175K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
