- Monitoring market trends in value, cost and supply/demand fundamentals and evaluating hold/sell as needed.
- Developing leasing and capital investment strategies (including ESG initiatives), along with income/expense budgets for each asset.
- Presenting annual plans to Portfolio Managers as required and presenting Investment Committee Memos related to property-specific capital investments to Investment Committee.
- Preparing/reviewing quarterly reports that present property performance along with progress on strategic initiatives.
