Overview
Working within the Investment Bank Fixed Income & Currencies division, the Global Financing & Credit Trading Middle Office (GFCT MO) supports the following lending businesses - Asset Based Securities, Direct Lending, Infrastructure & Energy, Transportation, Commercial Real Estate, Margin Loans, and Muni lending. The Trade and/or Transaction Analyst supports the overall loan origination and maintenance process from initial trade booking to revenue recognition and risk control processes.
GFCT MO is an operational team that supports loans booked and managed in LoanIQ, a Finastra platform. Working with internal partners and/or external clients, effective support of the lending products entails:
Deal Pipeline Management
Trade/Transaction Execution
Disbursement of Funds
Management Incoming Cash Transactions
Complex Revenue Calculations

What You'll Do
Builds and manages partnerships between internal businesses to ensure that the Bank's business objectives are delivered, comply with operational control, external regulation and continue to improve the Bank's technology platforms, as appropriate
Works as a team, to ensure full front-to-back operational readiness for products ranging from high-volume vanilla trading through to highly complex structured transactions
Reviews complex lending legal agreements to extract key economic attributes
Functions in high pressure, risk-control environment, is a self-starter and able to work independently
Adapts quickly to new technology, exhibits expertise in Excel, SharePoint and Power Automate
Operates with in a highly organized manner with great attention to detail
Skills You'll Need
Strong excel skills: pivot tables, graphs, functions (lookups, If statements, etc.)
Robust experience using SharePoint and Power Automate
Understanding of Loan Accounting
Experience with LoanIQ preferred
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new concepts and skills; strong capacity for grasping complex ideas and applying this knowledge effectively in various scenarios; proven track record of adapting to new situations and environments with agility and efficiency
Skills That Will Help You Excel

Strict attention to detail and ability to identify relationships and patterns in work products

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $40K to $60K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
