What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process and Project Manager Ground Experience position at Deutsche Lufthansa AG?
Your main tasks include, among others :
- Launch and enhance ground operation processes at stations
- Analyze process weaknesses, adapt regulations, and provide feedback to process architects
- Organize lean activities and lead / support structural and procedural projects
- Conduct field visits, identify gaps, prepare measures, and monitor execution
- Streamline communication and coordinate training to ensure process expertise
- Steer stations during disruptions and provide second-level frontline support
- Optimize station revenue and costs, support procurement, and provider negotiations
- Ensure safe, reliable, customer-oriented, and cost-efficient ground operations
- Quality monitoring of data set for the region, reflecting commercial and operational aspects and service excellence
- All other duties as assigned or required
