What You'll Be Doing :

Seeking a Network Monitoring Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network monitoring systems. This position requires an individual with experience working with tools like NetCool, SolarWinds, or similar network monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure through proactive monitoring and optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring System Administration : Deploy, configure, and manage network monitoring platforms, including NetCool, SolarWinds, and other related tools.
• Proactive Monitoring : Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reporting mechanisms to monitor network and system health, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations.
• System Integration : Integrate network monitoring tools with other IT systems and platforms to streamline operations and enhance visibility.
• Optimization & Tuning : Analyze and optimize network monitoring configurations to ensure efficient performance and scalability.
• Troubleshooting : Collaborate with IT and network teams to investigate and resolve monitoring-related issues.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network monitoring configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Compliance : Ensure monitoring systems adhere to security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements and implement solutions.
