Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent management, employee orientation, and workforce management. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while utilizing HR software systems such as iCIMS, Paychex, Dayforce, Ceridian, and Kronos.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews using iCIMS.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Manage workforce planning initiatives to align staffing needs with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices.
- Utilize HR software such as Paychex, Dayforce, Ceridian, and Kronos for payroll processing and timekeeping management.
- Support project management initiatives related to HR programs and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR role with a focus on talent management and workforce management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as iCIMS, Paychex, Dayforce, Ceridian, and Kronos is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution within a team environment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
