Responsibilities

- Assist in the management of patients with chronic conditions within a clinic or hospital setting.
- Document patient information accurately using ICD-10 coding for billing and medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Support patients during cardiac catheterization procedures and monitor their recovery.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in medical office, clinic, or urgent care settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and understanding ICU protocols is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medication administration practices and emergency medicine protocols.
- Familiarity with hospital medicine practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
