Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Associate to join our team. Duties
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations of clients' psychological needs.
- Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in distress.
- Implement therapeutic techniques, including dance therapy and chronic pain counseling.
- Engage in clinical counseling sessions under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Collaborate with social workers to address gender issues counseling and support clients facing social challenges.
- Participate in research initiatives, including data collection and analysis related to mental health practices.
- Work with individuals on the autism spectrum, providing tailored support and interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Experience
- A background in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience or training in crisis intervention techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including dance therapy and chronic pain counseling, is a plus.
- Strong skills in data collection and research methodologies are beneficial for contributing to ongoing projects.
- Previous experience working with diverse populations, particularly those dealing with autism or gender-related issues, will enhance your candidacy.
