Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Associate to join our team in providing mental health services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with various psychological needs.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed psychologists
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations
- Implement treatment plans, including cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy
- Work with individuals with autism, PTSD, and other psychological conditions
- Support crisis management interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospitals, clinics, or special education settings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism and PTSD is preferred
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with coding and documentation practices in patient care
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and colleagues
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $31.33 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
