We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue, WA!
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in multiple functional areas as needed. This role will support the HR department by primarily providing recruiting coordination but will, at times, support other areas such as employee records management, payroll processing, handling employee inquiries and other duties as assigned.

Pay Details: $65,000-$85,000K/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Job Responsibilities:

Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, drafting offer letters, initiating and monitoring drug and background screens, and scheduling interviews.

Clearly communicate with new hires, hiring managers and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Assist in the coordination of new employee onboarding, including organizing and conducting orientations and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.

Support talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and candidate experience enhancements.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements

Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, policies, and performance appraisals.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding recruiting, onboarding, New Employee Orientation, payroll, and time and attendance.

Assist in ensuring compliance with labor and payroll laws and company regulations.

Organize and maintain HR payroll files and databases.

Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.

Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-
Administrative support for HR/Recruiting; interviewing scheduling, onboarding, etc.

Familiarity with using an HRIS/ATS
-
HS Diploma required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (preferred).

Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.

Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
-
Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
