We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that help ensure the smooth operations of our office. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office processes and supporting team members across different departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Manage and organize office files to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records in electronic and physical formats
  • Prepare and send out correspondence including emails, memos, and reports
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and handling information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$850 - $1150week
