The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating agile processes within an established Integrated Program Team (IPT). This role includes scheduling and conducting scrum ceremonies, maintaining agile artifacts using Azure DevOps, and ensuring that all team members are aligned and effective in meeting project goals. The position is primarily located on Capitol Hill, with occasional off-site work as approved by the client, and is contingent upon award.

Primary Duties
- Schedule, facilitate, and manage daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
- Coordinate agile ceremonies and ensure timely communication of project progress and impediments.
- Maintain and update agile artifacts using tools such as Azure DevOps Boards.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to align team efforts with project objectives.
- Train team members on agile best practices and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and consistent execution.
- Monitor sprint progress and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation related to agile practices and team performance.
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving process-related issues and facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in a Scrum or Agile environment, with proven expertise in managing agile processes and ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience using agile tools such as Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprints, and team communications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving process issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on government IT modernization projects or within a federal contracting environment.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
- Proven track record in training and mentoring teams on agile best practices.
