Job Summary
The Asset Management Analyst will provide overall support to the Director of Asset Management for project and portfolio analysis, operations management, stakeholder reporting, and disposition support.
General responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: comprehensive financial modeling, document review and analysis, collecting due diligence data, detailed market analysis, preparing sensitivity analyses, compiling internal status reports, and putting together external stakeholder reports.

Key Responsibilities
Organize tenant rent rolls, property dashboards, and important project files.
Monitor, update and analyze impacts to the project proformas through the entire project lifecycle.
Engage with property management for regular oversight, tracking cash flow, establishing annual budgets, and miscellaneous analyses.
Handle and administer project records, file systems, and record documents in a safe and confidential manner.
Communicate actively and effectively (both written and oral) with partners, investors, consultants, brokers, operators, and government officials on behalf of Executive Management.
Maintain complete and open lines of communication with other personnel, functions, or departments to facilitate operations and interaction in the organization.
Keep management informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodic communication takes place.
Uphold professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and keeping abreast of industry trends for area of responsibility.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business/Marketing or Engineering is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in Real Estate or General Finance.
Advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong experience in Market Research and Financial Modeling.
Knowledge of BlueBeam Revu, ARGUS Taliance, Co-Star, Yardi Matrix or similar platforms.
Capable of maintaining professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the workplace, complying with the company’s policies and procedures.
Adept at involving appropriate team members in discussions and encouraging collaboration.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Impeccable integrity with desire to succeed in a high growth / changing environment.
