The Building and Vehicle Maintenance Staff are responsible for the upkeep and repair of the facility's buildings, grounds, and vehicles. This role ensures that all areas are safe, functional, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Duties include performing routine inspections, conducting preventative maintenance, and addressing repairs promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Experience in general maintenance, building trades, or auto repair preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for vehicle maintenance).
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in basic repair and maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment related to building and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and determine efficient solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align maintenance activities with organizational goals, proactively identify improvements, and contribute to efficient, sustainable operations.
