- Full-Time - 4 days/week (Saturday through Tuesday); 32 hours/week; 1st shift (days) on Saturdays and Sundays AND 2nd shift (evenings) on Mondays and Tuesdays. WEEKENDS REQUIRED.
- Part-Time - 2nd shift (evenings). WEEKENDS REQUIRED.
Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others in our community? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with disabilities in their neighborhood homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our homes in Charleston, IL.

Pay:
- Starting at $17.75/hour

- DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DD Aide and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)

Qualifications:
- DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
- Entry level position. DSP training is provided and paid
Requirements:
- High school diploma/signed high school transcript with graduation date/G.E.D.- proof of high school completion or equivalency required
- Successfully complete and pass background check
- Weekend availability is required
Responsibilities:
