Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Two CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangements): This involves supervising the daily operations of two group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities, with up to 8 individuals living in each home.
- Provide Support: You'll be responsible for ensuring individuals receive the necessary support to live as independently as possible within their community.
- Team Leadership: You will hire, schedule, lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Persons (DSPs) who work directly with the individuals.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations are crucial aspects of this role.

Requirements:
- High school education completed or equivalency required
- Driver's license required
- Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
- DSP certification preferred
- One year of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working in a residential setting, healthcare or adult care preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must pass a background check
