Full-Time, 2nd Shift, including weekends and holidays
Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood, group home. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support for adults living in CILA group homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements), with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring a Caregiver / DSP in Lincoln, IL.

Pay:
- Starting at $17.75/Hour

- DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DD Aide and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)

Qualifications:
- DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
- Entry level position. DSP training is provided and paid
Requirements:
- High school completion or equivalency is required. High school diploma/signed high school transcript including graduation date/G.E.D. is required
- Successfully complete and pass background check
- Weekend availability is required
