Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for an Associate Director of Case Management (AD) in our Case Management Department who will manage, monitor, and oversee daily activities of case management functions and staff. This role will develop and monitor systems to ensure excellent customer service and collaboration as well as staff expertise. The AD will provide leadership and develop trusting and collaborative working relationships with staff and management by assisting in strategic planning and goal setting. This role will support and champion building and sustaining a culture focused on continuous improvement as well as foster innovative ideas and streamline operations to provide meaningful value for individuals in services and the community.
This is a 40-hour, 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday) hybrid position working primarily remotely, but coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and/or other offsite locations as needed.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of three (3) years of management experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the human services field
- Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
- Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years
Preferred
- Working knowledge of the intellectual and developmental disability field; the community/resources and populations served
- Ability to interpret and apply state and federal regulatory guidelines
Additional Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective and efficient coordination and administration of relevant project management tasks within the Case Management department
- Monitor productivity and prioritizes work activities of supervised staff to make sure workloads are balanced, and individual requirements are met; provide assistance as needed
- Evaluate performance of and provide feedback to subordinates through ongoing supervision and regular performance evaluations; meet established deadlines for completion of performance evaluations
- Assist in the development of agency policies and procedures as needed; assure state and federal regulatory guidelines are met as appropriate
- Assure that the resource coordination systems are efficient, and activities of supervised staff are appropriately prioritized
- Assist with creating and implementing departmental goals and objectives; seek input from team members, and ensure they align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives; make sure supervisees are aware of established goals and objectives
- Make clear, consistent, transparent decisions; distinguish relevant from irrelevant information; can see connections within complex issues
- Exhibit decisiveness, analytical thinking, dependability, and sound judgment in work activities; make effective decisions
- Comply with and models adherence to all Human Resources policies and procedures; oversee employees to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures and appropriately respond to every alleged violation
- Identify budgetary needs of the department(s) and makes recommendations; solicit input from team members; problem solve variances as appropriate
- Build and maintain internal and external partnerships as potential referral sources for LTC services
