Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking a Program Administrator – Billing in our Program Quality Department. This role will support case managers and service providers with troubleshooting billing issues related to services provided under both Medicaid Waiver and State General Fund. The role will develop and deliver reports related to case management revenue streams, including targeted case management (TCM) and other contract deliverables. This role will also collaborate with other teams and departments to solve procedural and specific billing problems. Responsible for tracking, reporting, and trend analysis related to billing. In addition, Program Administrator – Billing will ensure appropriate agency policies and procedures are followed in use of persons served and agency funds and reviews allocations with PM to determine appropriate level of funding for each client.
Program Administrator – Billing will be a high-level subject matter expert who supports their teams, department, and the organization at large with project management and data analysis. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and leadership skills and will be a self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and improve processes. They will also be a solution-focused collaborator who works well independently and as part of a team.
This role offers a 4-day, 40-hour workweek, Monday-Thursday, and includes the flexibility to work remotely, as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and/or at off-site locations..

Requirements:
-
A Bachelor’s Degree; or
-
Five (5) years of experience in the field of Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), which includes Developmental Disabilities; or
-
Some combination of education and relevant experience appropriate to the requirements of the position
Upon request, qualifying need, and approval, driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service and support to our community partners and internal staff as it relates to the health and welfare of individuals in services, organizational compliance, and billing practices
-
Conduct technical assistance and provide feedback to community partners and internal staff through necessary communication channels (i.e. phone, email, virtual meetings, in person meeting, etc.)

Assist with managing various updates and changes, running and distributing reports, and contacting community partners or internal staff with questions or support, as needed

Ensure timely processing, submission and distribution of client and regulatory reports, as appropriate; including tracking and submission of all relevant items

Coordinate with supervisor on developing and organizing relevant procedures and systems

Ensure that various items needing internal controls are received and secured following proper procedures

Coordinate mailings and other administrative duties, as appropriate/needed

Maintains and distributes appropriate paperwork and information to community partners, internal staff and other entities as needed
-
Ensure relevant data input and maintenance of databases and records related to pertinent aspects of job duties and responsibilities; maintain core competencies in all related databases

Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of key department documents
-
Ensure accurate and timely completion of contract and program related documentation

Initiate, support, and manage projects as needed
