Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 1pm-11pm
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts' Hillside program is a group home located in Rutland, MA serving adolescent girls ages 12-22. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Hillside is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Drivers license required.
Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require
1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required .
One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
Schedule:
2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
Sunday - Wednesday 1pm-11pm after orientation
