$5K Hiring Bonus to be paid in two equal payments of $2,500 at the successful completion of 3 months of employment and $2,500 at the successful completion of 6 months of employment.
What you will do…
- Manage all areas of program administration, client and family services, and staff training
- Ensure clients receive quality services that comply with standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with funding sources and collateral services
- Promote family-centered and strength-based philosophies within the program
- Collaborate with program clinician and regional clinical team to ensure program and treatment services are aligned
- Orient, train and supervise program and direct care staff
- Implement and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
- Participate in regional on call and back up schedule (includes night and weekend coverage)
- Ability to work beyond a traditional schedule. Schedule includes some nights, weekends and holidays shifts

What you bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in human services related field is required, a Master’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ supervisory experience in a residential setting
- Prior experience in MA DEEC licensing is preferred, not required.
- All candidates must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid state driver’s license an legally registered and insured car for work use
