Key Program seeks a Residential Program Manager (Program Supervisor) for their DCF Emergency Residence program serving up to nine (9) adolescent boys. Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Total Compensation:
Salary: Generous starting salary range: $71,680 with a Bachelor degree and $73,680 with a Master degree * Salary negotiable with more than two years of higher-level program management experience.
$10,000 hiring bonus is provided in 3 installments. $2,500 at 3rd and 6th month of successful employment and $5,000 at 9th month of successful employment.
*Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, on-call rotation,, working an extra shift, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services related field is required, a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of direct care with adolescents, latency, or young adult population in a residential setting is required.
- One year of administrative/supervisory experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of the residential program’s administration, youth and family services, and staff professional development and training.
- Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
- Promote trauma-informed and person-centered philosophies within the program to promote emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being of children/youth.
- Ensure youths receive quality services that comply with DEEC regulations and CARF accreditation standards.
- Participate in regional on-call rotation with administrative/supervisory/clinical team.
