TREE PRODUCTION II
The Tree Production Department shifts plants from one container size to a larger container size as the plant grows.

Job Specifications :
Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions on uneven ground surfaces and rainy weather. Must be able to remain in a stationary position (standing / sitting). Extensive walking. Stooping, kneeling, and crouching required. Bending at the waist, twisting, turning, and squatting is required.
Lifting requirements : Up to 50 lbs. 75 percent of the time. Up to 100 lbs. 25 percent of the time (team lift techniques when required).
Hand movement : Gross grasping for moving plant material. Use of hands / fingers.
