Principle Purpose of Job
Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. The Spa Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable spa experience by providing exceptional service, both in-person and over the phone, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout our spa facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide a warm welcome to spa guests upon arrival, offering orientation and guidance on facility amenities such as locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
- Offer and serve amenities to guests including water, juice, heated neck pillows, and other refreshments.
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, ensuring their comfort and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, treatment rooms, spa / salon locker rooms, and lounge areas throughout the day.
- Dispose of trash and used linens in designated areas and ensure proper handling of all spa materials.
- Secure supplies, equipment, and amenities at the end of each shift, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for the next day's operations.
- Perform weekly deep cleaning tasks and daily stocking of towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
- Offer beverages and assist guests with any additional needs during their spa visit to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements
Compensation Description :
17.00 - 18.00 / hr Competitive pay commensurate with education and experience.
Benefits and Perks :
Due to the nature of our 24-hour operation, there is no guaranteed work schedule. Managers will try to accommodate specific schedule requests, but they are never guaranteed if business volume prohibits.
