Automotive Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and work onsite in our office. In this role, you'll answer incoming calls and support agents, clients, and customers by handling claims, providing their status, and resolving or escalating any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Handling: Ensure claims are properly documented and resolved according to the contract terms. Use all available resources to meet schedule expectations and inform management of any necessary changes.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service in the auto claims sector by assessing warranty-related issues and understanding automotive diagnostics and repairs.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, such as a Tire Technician, Lube Tech, Mechanic, Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Automotive Technician.
• Auto experience with mechanical or technical expertise in vehicle repairs and service contracts is a plus.

Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Must have computer skills.
• Ability to work onsite and available on Saturdays.

Compensation:

• Pay: $23.55 - $25.48 per hour plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
