Job Overview & Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate with 1-4 years of experience in handling general real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint ventures, and financing activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: JD from a nationally recognized law school
- Bar Admission: Authorized to practice in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year in transactional law.
- Must have some direct experience in either AmLaw 100 firm or SEC.
Annual Salary: $225K - $310K
