What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non Profit Co Executive Director of Programs position at Devine Management Consulting, LLC?
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 year project management experience.
Immediate hire: 12 month contract with an option to extend.
Salary: $80K (non-negotiable) benefits
Location: Hybrid role working onsite and remote
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Programs - oversees programs, provides effective communications, and manage grants
- Marketing/Communications/PR - follow the mission, values and goals, communicate with BIPOC mindfulness community, supervise marketing and independent IT contractors
- Fund Development/Fundraising - raise and maintain funds, engage in events, partner with funders
- Overall management of the agency - other duties as assigned
